Part-Time Executive Assistant
Job Description
In this hybrid role, this person will provide administrative support to four (4) executives of the company; President, SVP, VP Sales & Marketing, and VP Client Experience. In addition, they will be responsible for the office management of the Concord office.
- Calendar management and support of four Executive Leaders
- Internal meeting management; setup and meeting minutes for variety of meetings
- Event organization; hotel, food, entertainment, etc…
- PowerPoint presentation review/elaboration for Executives
- Travel logistic bookings for entire Keal team members
- Approving monthly expense reports of Senior Leadership Members
- Management of mail (in and out)
- Coordination of office events
- Office supplies management
- Management of office tidiness
- Office issue management
- Special projects/tasks as assigned by SVP.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset but not required
- Certificate or experience in an administration position is required
- Strong technical aptitude, specifically with Microsoft suite and ability to learn new technology applications with ease
- Motivated, high energy, and a team player that interfaces well at all levels within the organization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven, superior customer service skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Ability to work independently
- Self-motivated, goal oriented
