Part-Time Executive Assistant

Job Description

In this hybrid role, this person will provide administrative support to four (4) executives of the company; President, SVP, VP Sales & Marketing, and VP Client Experience. In addition, they will be responsible for the office management of the Concord office.

  1. Calendar management and support of four Executive Leaders
  2. Internal meeting management; setup and meeting minutes for variety of meetings
  3. Event organization; hotel, food, entertainment, etc…
  4. PowerPoint presentation review/elaboration for Executives
  5. Travel logistic bookings for entire Keal team members
  6. Approving monthly expense reports of Senior Leadership Members
  7. Management of mail (in and out)
  8. Coordination of office events
  9. Office supplies management
  10. Management of office tidiness
  11. Office issue management
  12. Special projects/tasks as assigned by SVP.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset but not required
  • Certificate or experience in an administration position is required
  • Strong technical aptitude, specifically with Microsoft suite and ability to learn new technology applications with ease
  • Motivated, high energy, and a team player that interfaces well at all levels within the organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proven, superior customer service skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to manage time efficiently
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented
